Questions
What's the difference between the bundles?
All three include the same four core documents and the free Business Plan Kit. Compliance + Care adds the Empathy in Home Care training program. Done-For-You includes everything in Compliance + Care, and we fill in your agency's details, your logo, and your state's requirements for you, then email your finished files within 5 business days of your complete intake form.
Can I buy the products separately?
Yes. Each one is sold on its own. Each bundle costs less than buying its products separately and includes the Business Plan Kit free.
Will this work in my state?
Yes. The documents are written for non-medical home care in any state. Wherever a rule differs by state, such as training hours or client rights wording, the document marks it in red and the included checklists show you what to confirm with your state licensing agency.
What format are the files?
Microsoft Word (.docx). You can edit them in Microsoft Word, add your logo, and print or save them as PDFs.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Each product arrives as one ZIP file with numbered folders.
Do I get updates?
Yes. For 12 months after purchase, updated versions are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If your email changes, just reply to your order confirmation email.
