Shipping policy

All Homecare Kickoff™ products are digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When your order is delivered. As soon as your payment is processed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Your order is considered delivered when that link is sent. We keep a record of each delivery and download.

Save your files right away. Download links may expire or have a download limit, so save your files to your own device as soon as you receive them.

Done-For-You orders. Your intake form is delivered instantly. Your completed documents are emailed within 5 business days after we receive your complete intake form and logo.

Free updates. For 12 months from your purchase date, any updated versions of the products you bought are sent to the email address on your order.

Didn't get your files? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email isn't there, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will resend your download link. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. See Section 14 of our Terms of Service.
