Professional documents. Practical prices. Built from real experience.
Homecare Kickoff™ was founded by a licensed nurse with more than 25 years in healthcare, as a CNA and then an LPN, much of it spent caring for clients in their own homes. Along the way she founded her own home care agency, and saw firsthand how much a well-run agency matters to the families who depend on it.
Getting that agency licensed was the hardest part. The requirements were unclear, the advice was often conflicting, and quality policies were hard to find at a fair price. It took a year of research to build what the agency needed. Homecare Kickoff exists so new owners don't have to repeat that year.
What sets us apart
- Quality that looks established from day one. Every policy, handbook, and form is written for non-medical home care and built to work as one system. Your agency presents itself like an established operation, without an established operation's budget.
- You'll know your agency inside and out. Completing your own documents means reviewing every policy and form along the way. When a surveyor asks how you handle something, you'll have the answer.
- Time back for what matters. Writing a full compliance library from scratch takes months. Our prices are a fraction of what that time is worth, so you can focus on clients and staff.
- Built for every starting point. Whether you're launching on savings, starting over after a career change, or working with an advisor, these documents give you a strong, complete foundation.
Why we do this
Empathy and integrity sit at the center of everything Homecare Kickoff makes.
Our founder spent more than 25 years in healthcare, as a CNA, a nurse, and a home care agency founder. From every one of those seats she saw the same gap: caregivers sent into someone's home with a job description but no real training in how to listen, how to notice, and how to treat a person with dignity when no one is watching. Clients feel that gap. Families feel it. And the people we serve, the elderly, the disabled, the ones who can't speak up for themselves, deserve better.
Better care doesn't start with the caregiver. It starts with us, the owners. The standard you set on day one is the standard your caregivers carry into every home.
That's why every policy, handbook, and training course here was built the way it was: to help you set that standard from the beginning, so the people you serve get the care you would want for your own mother. It's also why we created Empathy in Home Care, a training program that helps caregivers slow down, listen, and protect each client's dignity, designed to be revisited throughout the year.
